Excellent place for pet care. Wonderful staff. Dr Jolly is an awesome vet and truly cares about a person's beloved pet. The care Dr Jolly and the entire staff has given to my babies has been phenomenal. I truly believe I got extra time with my precious Leto because of the outstanding care she received from VCA. Her illness was never treated aggressively and I never felt pressured to make any decision in a certain direction. I was always given the best facts about her condition and the decisions were mine. Any questions I had and still have regarding my other pets are thoroughly explained. Read Less

First visit was amazing . Second was not that great. After finding out that this is part of a chain. I don't plan on going back. Versailles has many more local vets that put aside big corporate rules and care for your pets. In a day when public opion is so open and fast you would think people would be more respectful. Don't get me wrong some good people work here . But they are bound to a very by the books aditude .Support local not big chains who lost touch with real care. Read Less

Once again today Dr. Jolly convinced me that he is the best vet in the entire world. I can’t say enough about this Dr. there are no words to describe just how good he is. I’m so thankful that I stumbled upon him while searching for stem cell therapy . If you are looking for a caring Dr. who has only the best interest of your pet he is the guy to see. VCA is a bit of Heaven on Earth (or in Kentucky)! Someone referred me to VCA back in 2004, I needed medical assistance for my Doxie, Sammy, they asked how soon I could get to the office "ON January 1st"! I live in Jeffersonville, IN & don't mind the drive one bit, VCA IS FABULOUS! Someone should do a story on this fantastic place and ALL OF THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE WORKING THERE. I now bring my Doxie, Little Buddy to Dr. Jolly, I cannot say enough about him and the entire staff! Not only professional, also kind, friendly, compassionate, caring AND FULL OF SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY at its best. "OUR" Dr. Jolly takes time to check on Little Buddy when he is having a problem and we LOVE that. We are blessed to have these folks taking care of our fur-babies. This review has taken way too long for me to write! I've been taking my animals to Woodford Animal Clinic for years, and have NEVER been disappointed! I have found their staff to always be more than helpful, always courteous, and have shown as much love for my animals as I have! Dr. Jolly is simply the best. I have only dealt with Dr. Eckhart once, and he was just as good. They have been with me through some tragic times, and I don't remember anywhere else where SIX technicians met me and my sister when we decided to put my dog of 17 years to sleep. Love you guys!!
