What I advise you on the champion:
Very good for the spider (reducing its turn counters). Bdc to add debuff and burn. And its passive for longer duration and doing a lot of damage.
I will use it in: Clan Boss, Spider, Ice Golem
Use for : His "damage" Debuffs (poison, burn), His "Utility" Debuffs (Break Def, Atq, precision, etc...), Boost ATB, Nuker AOE, Support (Heal, Debuff your team, buff)
