I was very pleased with Dr. Doreen Patterson's evaluation and bedside manners!

Just allow the doctors at least 5 more minutes with each patient.

Dr. Patterson has a great demeanor, patience, and understanding. My daughter's annual visit was great and I believe my daughter's favorite part was choosing which tool the doctor would use first. She has been practicing/pretending with her dolls since her appointment.

Dr.D Patterson is very kind and friendly with my family??.

We loved having the med student with the doctor. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Waited for 50 minutes before seeing the DR after my scheduled visit time, nurse was not friendly, did not smile, did not engage with my child.

Dr. Patterson is a great physician, however, the receptionist did not check me and my son in for his appointment at 2.30. However, we did not get seen until 3.30 because she did not check us in. I feel as if the registration team or people who work for the registration department or the check-in, they need to be more prompt when it comes to people's time. Thank you.

Dr Patterson always goes out of her way to help. Even when my child is being difficult.

Staff is always patient and courteous especially with my child who fears shots and over reacts. They are always very helpful and supportive.

Dr Patterson is great, she listens well and gives me the time for my questions concerning my son without rushing. She is very caring with him and listens to his questions as well.

She's the best. She knows what she's doing. She treats my other child well and treats my new child very well. No complaints. Very good.

Dr. Patterson is always extremely professional and I trust her with my children and I look forward to seeing her and getting her feedback when I need it. So she is a very trusted physician and I highly recommend her.

Hello. I think y'all will need to improve in having people wait when their appointment is scheduled and they come on time and we just sit there for very long, a very long time for our appointment to even begin. And I feel like y'all need people to answer the phone when people call up there to let any know anything important to be said towards the doctor or need to speak to a doctor. I think y'all need to start answering the phone. And also I think y'all need to improve in the MyChart communication skills. We will text and there will be no response.

Dr. Doreen is always so kind, patient and informative! She's perfect with the kids and the way she speaks to me (mom) is amazing!!
